Mos Burger Japan "Avocado Ebi Katsu Burger" and "Takumi Ebi Ebi Fry Burger"

"Mos Burger" will once again launch its hugely popular shrimp menu — which sold more than 3.3 million servings last year — in a further evolved form this year. From Wednesday, May 20, the "Avocado Ebi Katsu Burger ~Domestic Basil Mayo~" will be available for a limited period, and the "'Mos no Takumi' Ebi Ebi Fry Burger ~Served with Wedge-Cut Lemon~" will be available in limited quantities. In addition, a refreshing new drink using domestic white peach sauce will also make its debut on the same day.

"Avocado Ebi Katsu Burger ~Domestic Basil Mayo~"

A colorful burger featuring a crispy-fried shrimp katsu made with generous amounts of shelled shrimp, topped with tomato and diced avocado, and drizzled with basil mayo sauce made from domestic basil. With every bite, the plump texture and flavor of shrimp, creamy avocado, and the refreshing taste of basil mayo spread throughout. This year, avocado — especially popular among women — has been added to the well-received basil × shrimp katsu combination from last year, making it even more evolved. A burger perfectly suited to early summer.

"'Mos no Takumi' Ebi Ebi Fry Burger ~Served with Wedge-Cut Lemon~"

A premium burger with tremendous impact, featuring two large-sized fried vannamei shrimp — upsized from last year. With a commitment to handwork including deveining and making cuts for even cooking, the shrimp fry is fried crispy in two types of breadcrumbs of different coarseness, paired with a katsu sauce and a dill-fragrant tartar sauce. This year, a new addition of "wedge-cut lemon" hand-cut in-store is served alongside. Squeezing the lemon partway through adds a refreshing brightness to the rich tartar flavor, allowing you to enjoy a distinctly different eating experience.

New drinks perfect for summer also arrive on the same day!
