Mos Burger’s Autumn Menu Features Two "Tsukimi" Burgers! "Ura Tsukimi" Series with the New "Menchi Katsu Cheese Burger"

'Mos Burger' will launch "Menchi Katsu Cheese Burger," "Tsukimi Focaccia," and "Barbecue Focaccia" for a limited time starting Wednesday, September 10th.

'Mos Burger' provides seasonal products. Since 2022, the popular "Tsukimi Focaccia" has been offered as a menu item inspired by "moon viewing," and the "Menchi Katsu Cheese Burger" will also appear as part of their original "tsukimi" series "Ura Tsukimi," inspired by the twenty-sixth night.

A new product from "Ura Tsukimi." A voluminous burger combining crispy fried menchi katsu with katsu sauce, cheese, cabbage, and half mayonnaise type. The menchi katsu uses a mixture of beef and pork ground meat, so meat juices spread in your mouth, allowing you to enjoy the umami and aroma of the meat. Juicy and crispy textured horseshoe-shaped sausage topped with Mos's original barbecue sauce, sandwiched in fluffy focaccia. The focaccia has a good bite and fluffy texture, achieving a moist finish by adding salt koji. The barbecue sauce uses ingredients like cabbage and deep-fried eggplant, with the addition of hickory wood-smoked aroma as a key point of Mos's original sauce.
