McDonald's "Tsukimi" Burgers and More
The season of the "Tsukimi Family," which can be called McDonald's autumn tradition, has arrived again this year! Starting September 3 (Wednesday), they will sell all 8 items including the standard "Tsukimi Burger" for a limited period.
Since its debut in 1991, the "Tsukimi Burger" has made us feel the arrival of autumn a little early. Initially, it wasn't planned with the theme of "moon-viewing" but was supposed to be called the "Bacon Egg Burger" as a burger using eggs. Now, the image of "moon-viewing" when it comes to autumn gourmet has taken root.
When it comes to McDonald's "Tsukimi Burger," it's a hamburger combining fluffy steamed domestic eggs with juicy beef patty, smoked bacon, and tomato creamy sauce. This year, they renewed the "Tomato Creamy Sauce" for the first time in 8 years. By making the tomato and mayo flavors more noticeable and adding butter taste, it became even creamier.
Furthermore, there's a luxurious lineup including the new burger "Toro-Uma Sukiyaki Tsukimi," the night Mac exclusive "Triple Beef Toro-Uma Sukiyaki Tsukimi," new sweets & shakes, and even nugget sauce.
Aoi Miyazaki, who appears in the CM, and the comedians "Joyman" whom Miyazaki wants to "meet" now appealed the deliciousness of the "Tsukimi Family."

A new creation where you can enjoy the mild and rich sukiyaki flavor in burger form. The ingredients include domestic eggs steamed one by one in-store, juicy 100% beef patty without binding agents, smoked bacon, rich cheddar cheese, tomato creamy sauce that evolved to a creamier taste, plus sukiyaki filling with mild taste like beef and vegetable umami mixed with beaten eggs as if sukiyaki was dipped in them. A fall-limited burger sandwiched in buns with plenty of butter flavor and fluffy-chewy texture.

The steamed buns are fluffy and soft, with gentle richness and sweetness of butter. And the "sukiyaki filling" allows you to subtly taste not just meat but also vegetable umami. It's surprising that they researched the "Sukiyaki Tsukimi" released in 2022 for 3 years! The rich tomato creamy sauce and the richness of cheddar cheese create an exquisite balance.

Until last year, the Tsukimi pie was "anko + mochi + kinako cream," but this year marks the 7th year with butter filling that pairs perfectly with anko!
