The Hottest Doughnut Shop in Japan,
"I'm donut?", is Teaming Up with "Neo Nice Burger"for Their Opening in Shibuya!
A new brand by Chef Ryota Hirako, who handles popular stores such as the hottest doughnut shop in Japan, 'I'm donut?' (I'm Donut), 'AMAM DACOTAN' (Amam Dacotan), and 'dacō' (Daco), has been born!
'Neo Nice Burger' will open on Shibuya Miyamasuzaka on Saturday, October 11, 2025.
The concept is "Neo Fast Food" seriously made by chefs. They provide carefully crafted gourmet burgers at reasonable prices.
The location is on the first floor of a stylish building at the top of Miyamasuzaka. Additionally, 'I'm donut? (I'm Donut?) Shibuya Miyamasuzaka' will also open on the second floor on the same day. Don't miss this one either!
The interior incorporates the brand colors of blue and white, with a simple and clean design based on stainless steel. It creates a French casual atmosphere while also conveying futuristic nuances.
The floor also features a spacious open kitchen. You can watch the entire process from dividing and shaping the dough that becomes buns, to baking, and finally assembling the cooked patties into burgers.
The biggest feature is the new style of "Neo Fast Food" that combines "quality seriously made by chefs" with "the casualness of fast food."
For hamburgers, they utilize the techniques and know-how cultivated in their own bakery to prepare dedicated original buns.
The buns baked in-store come in three varieties: plain, craft, and brioche. By using different types according to the ingredients being sandwiched, they maximize the appeal of each burger.
Furthermore, high-temperature short-time baking, which is normally difficult, is achieved through an oven using natural granite stone and craftsman skills, creating fluffy interiors. They've created buns with a new texture different from conventional hamburger buns.
All sauces including ketchup, mayonnaise, tomato sauce, and pomodoro sauce are also handmade from scratch by craftsmen. They're particular about chefs "properly making" each item one by one.
The biggest point of attention is providing burgers packed with care at accessible prices by combining craftsman techniques with efficient store operations.
They've completed a new casual fast food that offers luxurious flavors while being casually approachable for daily visits.
Of course, not only takeout but also eat-in is possible. Seating can be used on the second floor where 'I'm donut? (I'm Donut?) Shibuya Miyamasuzaka' is located.
Terrace seating is also available, so on nice weather days you can enjoy meals while looking out at the street.
Now let's introduce some of the diverse lineup.
At 'Neo Nice Burger', you can experience new burgers through two categories: "Neo Burger Series" and "Variety Burger Series."
The "Neo Burger Series" consists of "royal road burgers" from the brand's signature "Neo Nice Burger" to "Neo Burger" and "Neo Cheese Burger" - simple yet allowing you to fully taste the ingredients.
■"Neo Nice Burger" (640 yen)
Plain buns combined with beef patty and homemade tomato-based pomodoro sauce, sandwiched with fresh tomatoes and red onions. The deep richness of the sauce and freshness of vegetables harmonize exquisitely, creating a signature burger that represents the brand with simple yet deep flavor.
■"Neo Teriyaki Burger" (630 yen)
A dish combining pork patty generously coated with homemade teriyaki sauce carefully finished by craftsmen, with fresh lettuce and homemade mayonnaise. The gentle sweetness of pork and the fragrant umami of teriyaki sauce layer exquisitely, with mellow mayonnaise enveloping everything to create deep flavor.
The "Variety Burger Series" features uniquely individual burgers that utilize chef-like ideas by combining spices and sauces.
■"Tandoori Chicken Burger" (760 yen)
Chicken thoroughly marinated in spiced curry sauce, fragrantly grilled and sandwiched with fresh vegetables in fluffy brioche buns. Additionally enhanced with curry sauce carefully stir-fried from spices. By using two types of curry sauces differently, they've achieved deep flavor. The finish is sprinkled with crispy flakes infused with garlic and spice aromas, adding texture and aromatic accents.
■"Egg Egg Bolognese Burger" (660 yen)
Craft buns coated with several types of grains, layered with homemade bolognese sauce using plenty of mixed ground meat, and luxuriously sandwiched with two fried eggs. Rich flavor like biting into a one-plate dish. A dish where meat umami and egg mellowness blend exquisitely.
With the new brand hamburger shop 'Neo Nice Burger' and the popular fresh donut specialty store 'I'm donut? (I'm Donut?) Shibuya Miyamasuzaka' coexisting in the same location, a new food hub is born that can be enjoyed in a wide range of scenes from meals to sweets.
Moreover, nearby is 'I'm donut? (I'm Donut?) Gluten Free', which just opened in June 2025, making this truly an irresistible area for sweets lovers.
