‘Freshness Burger’ welcomes the autumn staple “Mushroom Cheese Burger”! This year, it evolves to be even richer and more luxurious. By using a special sauce that lavishly combines “Porcini,” a luxury ingredient from Italy representing the world’s three great mushrooms, and “Truffle,” a symbol of French aroma, the rich, profound fragrance and umami elevate the taste of autumn. Two types are available: “Mushroom Cheese Burger Porcini Cream Sauce” and “Mushroom Cheese Burger Truffle Demiglace Sauce.”

The star of the “Mushroom Cheese Burger” is domestically produced fresh mushrooms. Cut into generous chunks and grilled in-store for “30 seconds” to maximize aroma and firmness. Layered with a juicy, thick premium beef patty overflowing with meat juice and rich melting red cheddar cheese, the ingredients unite in your mouth for maximum satisfaction. Then, choose from two decadent “mushroom × luxurious mushroom sauce” pairings.
