Nakau's "Tsukimi Ontama Beef Tsuke Udon"

Rich beef and soft-boiled egg! A fast-casual Japanese restaurant specializing in delicious rice bowls and udon noodles; Nakau's "Tsukimi Ontama Beef Tsuke Udon" launches from 9/3.

A perfect udon menu for the moon-viewing season is here. We also recommend the "Tsukimi Ontama Umakara Gyuniku Tsuke Udon," which offers a delicious spicy flavor with gochujang and toban-djan.

■"Tsukimi Ontama Gyuniku Tsuke Udon" (Regular) 700 yen • (Large) 800 yen • (Extra Large) 900 yen

A dish where you eat smooth "thin-cut udon" by dipping it in carefully crafted dipping broth infused with beef umami and soft-boiled egg representing the moon.

The dipping broth is finished with deep flavor by adding sweet sukiyaki-flavored beef, white onions, and shirataki to Kansai-style dashi using bonito and kelp. The dipping broth full of beef umami pairs perfectly with the smooth udon! When mixed with the soft-boiled egg made from "carefully selected eggs," it adds mildness for an even more blissful taste! You can also enjoy a more flavorful taste by adding the separately provided bonito flakes.

"Tsukimi Ontama Spicy Beef Tsuke Udon"

A dish that adds savory-spicy sauce using gochujang, doubanjiang, and rice miso to the carefully crafted dipping broth. The richness and sharp spiciness of the savory-spicy sauce enhances the beef umami and mild taste of the soft-boiled egg, stimulating your appetite.

The sweet sukiyaki-style dipping broth soaks into your body tired from the daytime heat. Takeout is also available, so you can leisurely enjoy it at home while moon-gazing.
